Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
