Structural Steel Project Manager

Project Manager Qualifications

* 2+ years of Project Management experience in structural steel fabrication
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
* Proficient in Tekla EMP (or similar software)
* Knowledgeable in AISC, OSHA, and AWS codes
* Strong communication and personal skills

Project Manager Responsibilities

* Develop comprehensive project management plans including scope, budget, and schedule
* Allocate and manage resources
* Monitor project cash flow and control expenses
* Negotiate contracts and build relationships
* Mitigate project risks
* Project documentation
* Solve technical challenges
* Ensure regulatory compliance
