We are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER who will champion our culture, our people and our award-winning architectural and design services. As part of our People & Culture (HR) team in our Pleasanton, CA headquarters , you will use your positive, energetic skills to recruit for current needs across multiple offices and help build the recruiting pipeline for our future. You will be a critical voice as we grow the firm and improve our recruiting process, ensuring all activities are flowing in an organized and efficient manner to maintain an incredible candidate experience and a clear process for staff. Under the guidance of the Chief People Officer, you will also collaborate with others across the firm to drive talent strategy, and support talent-related initiatives and activities to cover the entire People/Talent lifecycle.
The candidate for this position is required to be a tech-savvy, highly organized self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced , creative environment. This professional is results-driven, and when faced with challenges, persists with new solutions and is able to successfully interact with diverse individuals at all levels.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plans for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.
Salary range : $100,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
