*Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a servant leader with excellent customer service skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, with proficiency in Workday being a plus.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Foster a welcoming and fun environment that instills confidence and empowerment, inspiring and celebrating team members.
- Develop exceptional planning and preparation skills for forecasting needs.
- Engage in active listening, share information concisely and purposefully, and remain open to different perspectives.
- Take accountability for performance recruiting/talent acquisition goals.
- Show a passion for sourcing and finding extraordinary talent.
- Perform tasks as required by the People Team/Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.

**Travel Requirement:**

- 15% travel to hiring events or team events.
- Hybrid office experience - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. Monday/Friday may work remotely.
