**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, with proficiency in Workday being a plus.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities.

- Develop exceptional planning and preparation skills for forecasting needs.
- Engage in active listening, share information concisely and purposefully, and remain open to different perspectives.

- Perform tasks as required by the People Team/Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.

**Travel Requirement:**
- 15% travel to hiring events or team events.
- Hybrid office experience - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. Monday/Friday may work remotely.
