We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet or exceed sales goals, generate interest in available homes, and establish positive relationships within the community.
Increase Occupancy and Revenue: Focus on driving home site sales, improving occupancy rates, and enhancing overall revenue growth.
Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, demographics, competition, and customer needs to create relevant sales strategies. Follow through on sales leads and referrals.
Community Engagement: Work closely with the community manager to support the sale of new and used homes, ensuring that all homes are showcased to prospective buyers.
Advertising & Visibility: Develop and distribute marketing materials to increase community visibility and attract potential residents.
Customer and Financial Management: Track all customer interactions, vendor relationships, and financial transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate for future clients.
General Support: Assist with general office tasks, including helping the community manager with operational duties.
Maintenance Support: Contribute to cleaning, repairing, and preparing homes for sale.
Other Duties: Assist with various responsibilities as needed to help the team achieve its goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience required; property management experience is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a must. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Travel Requirements: This is a traveling role requiring extended overnight travel, sometimes up to 80%.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Driver's License: A valid operator's license and the ability to travel between communities is required.
