Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces that align with Figma's brand and user needs.

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analytics.

• Maintain design consistency and ensure accessibility best practices.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging design technologies.

Requirements:

• **Experience:** 2+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

• **Skills:** Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

• **Knowledge:** Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and responsive design.

• **Communication:** Strong ability to present and articulate design decisions.

• **Collaboration:** Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for SaaS or collaborative tools.
