What you will be doing:

• Lead hands-on execution of detailed, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored specifically for crypto/blockchain communities.
• Build, manage, and scale SafeHaven’s presence and virality across Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and other key platforms.
• Implement advanced social media growth tactics, influencer outreach, and partnership-driven strategies to rapidly expand community and platform adoption.
• Collaborate closely with external marketing and technology agencies, managing tactical deployments and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Direct and manage targeted content creation, including oversight of GPT-driven sentiment analysis tools and viral engagement techniques.
• Oversee digital community dynamics, ensuring consistent messaging, timely responsiveness, and proactive crisis management.
• Conduct rigorous monitoring of campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies and tactics in real time to optimize performance.
• Provide daily tactical updates to senior leadership, delivering clear, actionable insights on marketing outcomes.

Experience you will need:

• Proven mastery of Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other core platforms central to crypto community engagement.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing, moderating, and rapidly scaling digital communities within blockchain, crypto, or fintech industries.
• Demonstrable expertise in growth hacking methodologies and community-driven marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer-driven promotions and sophisticated content-driven viral strategies.
• Technical aptitude for utilizing advanced digital marketing tools, including sentiment analytics, community management platforms, and automation technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing persuasive content for diverse crypto audiences.
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns effectively.
