About the Role

The Vice President of Inbound Sales is the primary driver for ensuring our inside sales team continues to perform and provide exceptional service by leading Directors who lead managers. The Vice President of Intake Operations will gather feedback through measured KPIs and observations to drive improvements. They build relationships, manage, and provide direct insights through coaching to the staff. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of Intake Operations should have an in-depth knowledge of competitive services and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coach Directors and Managers to lead their teams to achieve and exceed quota and mentor throughout their tenure
  • Lead multi-layered leadership (leader of senior leaders) of our Inside Sales function
  • Demonstrate passion for call center conversion rates/call rates/answer rates, KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Hire, fire, and manage the Inside Sales / Intake Department
  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure a continuous model of improvement is employed in the management and leadership of your sales teams
  • Direct workload management for your team, partnering with the Intake Team leadership, peer Directors, supervised Managers, and Human resources to design, stand up, and monitor, and activate individuals and team level performance, remediating as necessary
  • Deeply understand and lead the key activities that drive success of your teams
  • Measure performance against established goals and work closely with the executive team to make data-driven business decisions
  • Translate customer feedback and insights into valuable recommendations
  • Performance Management including coaching and development
  • Ensure personal knowledge and institutional knowledge gained throughout the development of your sales teams are easily transferable by partnering with stakeholders, including Learning and Development, to build playbooks and other documentation
  • Embody the highest quality of leadership principles where Quintessa Marketing's people are empowered to take initiative, collaborate effectively with each other, grow their careers, grow their capabilities, and grow in their contributions to the company
  • Embody an eagerness to learn from others, learn from mistakes, and crowd source tactical activities and strategic development from Quintessa Marketing colleagues and direct reports while retaining responsibility for decisions that impact the company
  • Ensure directly managed sales teams are aligned with budget and leadership responsibilities 
  • Partner with your leadership team to plan resource requirements and timelines of execution
  • Work together with executives and leaders to create, execute, and manage plans for specific improvements, workflow, and systems designed to foster efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Lead and drive change initiatives 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred)
  • Intake experience in a law firm is a plus
  • Experience in call center operations
  • Experience with leading 80-100 (or more) call center personnel
  • Must have 3 or more years of experience in business management, sales, operations, and managing teams
  • Must demonstrate high emotional intelligence and have the proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills – must be able to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives and projects in a busy environment
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Experience

  • Time management: 3 years (Required)
  • Business management: 3 years (Required)
  • Intake experience in a law firm: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Compensation and Benefits

The Telephony Administrator is a full-time, exempt position working on-site in Oklahoma City. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick days, a gym membership, and childcare reimbursement. In addition to our tangible benefits, Quintessa provides our people the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. The pay range for the role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually depending on qualifications with bonus legibility.
