Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and destinations, tailoring travel plans that suit their needs and budget.
  • Booking & Research: Book hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, and other activities. Research and prepare itineraries that include detailed costs and optional travel insurance.
  • Quote Preparation: Create professional, detailed quotes for clients that outline the full cost of their trip.
  • Supplier Interaction: Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm reservations, secure the best rates, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Payment & Ticketing: Collect credit card payments securely and distribute electronic tickets for travel and events.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Promote travel services through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and participate in community events to engage potential clients.
