As a Behavioral Health Coach, you'll play a critical role in guiding and empowering families to build resilience and achieve their mental health goals.
What You'll Do:
Use evidence-based coaching techniques to motivate, guide, and support members in achieving their mental health goals.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
Conduct virtual coaching sessions from a private and professional setting anywhere in the U.S.
Assist in comprehensive behavioral assessments and provide coaching interventions rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other effective therapeutic approaches.
Maintain appointment availability and complete clinical notes in a timely manner.
Who You Are:
Hold an ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed).
Have a strong preference or background in mental health.
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital tools.
Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Possess a warm, engaging, and motivational coaching style.
Passionate about helping children and teens reach their full potential.
