Position Overview:
As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in client interactions, making your ability to communicate confidently and professionally key to your success. You'll have the independence to manage tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of organization. Your positive attitude and leadership skills will also be crucial in mentoring and guiding your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of business and personal tax returns from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Foster a collaborative environment by coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Provide thoughtful, strategic tax planning advice to clients
- Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues and develop effective tax strategies
- Review the work of other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation within a public accounting environment
- A Master's in Taxation is preferred
- CPA certification is preferred
- Experience with Ultra Tax and Thomson Reuters Suite is a plus
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
