Job Title: Supply Chain Specialists- Aerospace Location: Windsor, CT 06095 or Rockford, IL 61016 Pay Rate: $28.00-40.00/hour Employment Type: Full time, direct with a full benefits package Shift: 1st Onsite, potential for hybrid schedule #supplychain #SAP #aerospacejobs Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic professionals for multiple roles within our Supply Chain team to support key aerospace projects. These roles include Buyer/Planners, Supply Chain Data Analysts, and Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Specialists. Each role is critical to the procurement, planning, analysis, and delivery assurance processes, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, components, and services. The successful candidates will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, driving project success through effective supply chain management. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Buyer/Planner:

• Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Plan and schedule the movement of materials through production and inventory.
• Manage procurement activities based on demand requirements.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders, supporting production schedules.
• Maintain planning parameters in the ERP system.

2. Supply Chain Data Analyst:

• Generate SAP reports to highlight material issues.
• Identify and address future supplier part shortages.
• Report material status to prioritize plant efforts.
• Improve visibility into material availability through daily SAP reports.
• Communicate critical parts risks to operations and supply chain personnel.

3. Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Specialist:

• Interface with Supply Chain Managers and Operations to understand critical supplier parts.
• Work with Procurement to escalate part issues and obtain supplier commitments.
• Identify opportunities for schedule improvements at suppliers.
• Report part status to stakeholders and clear internal obstacles.
• Provide part status inputs in weekly supply chain meetings.

Qualifications for All Roles:

• Associate or bachelor"s degree in business, supply Chain, engineering, or a relevant field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Minimum one year of experience in procurement, purchasing, planning, expediting, data analysis, or a related supply chain role in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Five or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and/or other ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A fundamental understanding of data systems, data management, and the ability to read and understand engineering drawings and requirements.
• US Citizenship required due to the nature of work in the aerospace sector.
